corn & bean salsa
This is a terrible picture because I had already eaten most of this, but crappy picture or not...this was SO delicious. We had this at a friends' house recently and I was shocked at how simple it was to make. You should make it immediately and try not to eat it all!

Corn & Bean Salsa
- Can of corn
- Can of black beans
- One small tomato
- Cilantro to taste
- Put all of the ingredients into a bowl.
- Chill before serving with tortilla chips...or a spoon!
