I had to go to my orientation / registration for Fall semester at the U of M this morning. I felt like such a dork! Thankfully there were some people there closer to my age since everyone there was a transfer student from somewhere else. But after a bunch of blah blah talking, we were carted off in follow-the leader form to another office for more blah blah talking with out university bookstore bags in hand with our welcome goodies. Yep…I'm a dork! 🙂
But I had forgotten how much I love the U campus. It's so pretty. And I was happy to discover that I remembered how to get places on campus….since I had to do a little sleuthing while I was there.
I still have a couple things to do in preparation, but I left there feeling more excited than when I got there. The feeling of throwing up everywhere freaking out passed a bit. It's scary for me to think about going back to school after being out for 6+ years.
But with the support of my wonderful hubby, family and friends…I am going to embrace this new adventure with open arms!
