I made this dish today for the Brunch I had at our house. It was really easy to make. I was pleased with the way it turned out. I got this from my aunt Patty. Everyone at the Brunch said it was really good. I changed the recipe slightly and added both ham and sausage to the dish. I also don't have a name for it other than Egg Dish. If anyone has a good name for it, let me know. I'll rename it to something better when I think of one if I don't get naming help from anyone.
