This was a recipe I found in Rachael Ray's magazine. It looked really good in the picture. I wish I could have made it look as pretty in person as it looked in the picture. I followed the directions, (so I thought) but things didn't turn out as I had hoped. It said to mix the egg mixture until it was thick. When I looked it my mixer it looked thick, but apparently, it was too fluffy. I tried to put it in the pan and it would have overflowed if I put it all in there. I ended up only putting in about half of the egg mixture. I continued to make it and I was even asked to put it out. The ladies said they liked it. I haven't made many desserts and that might have been part of the problem. I will have to work on my dessert making. It was a good time making something new, but I will need a little more practice at this one.
