I tried this meal recently and I loved it. It made me think of Thanksgiving. The turkey was tender, the gravy was tasty and the seasonings in the potatoes were good, too.
Now if I just had some cranberries to go with it!
This meal only has 200 calories, so you could easily justify throwing in some cranberries if you wanted!
If you need a new idea for lunch, give this one a try!
1. Being able to rectify a homework snaffu while at work.
2. Getting the fully correct assignment turned in.
3. Laughing at work with coworkers.
4. That I like my coworkers. The ones I directly work with and sit next to at least!
5. Feeling like I can just watch tv for one night. Mental break!
1. No class today.
2. Sitting by the fire.
3. Having a supportive and very helpful hubby. I am very lucky.
4. Getting the rest of the homework details done and turned in.
5. Rice-a-Roni for dinner. Most of the box actually. I enjoyed every bite!
A number of weeks ago…the house next door FINALLY had a “Purchased” sign in front of it. That meant that new neighbors would soon be following.
Then, one day, a couple weeks ago, Chuck emailed me this picture:

Why am I so excited about this? Because when that bow goes up…they are really moving in soon! And sure enough, the following weekend they moved in.
We brought over some treats and a card for them to introduce ourselves. They are a young couple (around our age), with two young boys. I am so excited to hang out with them as time goes on and make some new friends!
So yay! It's always a little nerve wracking wondering who will move in next door. And from what I know of them so far, I couldn't be happier!
Welcome to the neighborhood!
