chicken cordon bleu

This was another Let's Dish meal. It was surprisingly good. I don't know why I thought I wouldn't like it! Chicken, Ham, yum.

It wasn't very hard to make. I thawed out this meal in the fridge. Then you take the chicken and put it into a greased pan.

Then you top it with pieces of ham.

Then you add cheese to the top.

Next, cracker crumbs go on the top.

Then you mix the sauce (and I can't remember what we put in it when we made it). The sauce goes around the chicken…NOT ON. The directions were quite adamant about that step.

Now bake it!

I also made some Rice-A-Roni to go with it.

And here is what it looks like all done.

Voila! Dinner is served! A little monochromatic, but it was delicious!
