Today I had some people over for a brunch and I decided to do some crafts while they were here. It was a lot of fun. I made lots of food that turned out pretty well. I made a Raspberry-Lemon Shortbread tart that I didn't think turned out real well, but people seemed to like it. I made an egg bake as well. I was told it was good. I don't care much for eggs, so I didn't have any. The rest of the stuff wasn't real exciting. 🙂 I had some candle holders for people to paint and card stuff for them to make. I had paper, beads, ribbon, etc and they went nuts. It was lots of fun. I got some new ideas from them as well. I took a few pictures of the crafting. The only person that came that had seen our house before was my mom, so it was fun to have people see that. They all seemed to like the house and the colors I painted. My mom also got a really cool vase for me (because I love them) for our bedroom. It looks nice in there.
It was a busy day, but lots of fun. I think everyone had a good time and hopefully we didn't scare Chuck too badly. 🙂 I'll have to do it again sometime!
