Someone at work had this meal. And it looked really good, so I thought I would give it a try. It was as good as it looked. There were large pieces of real chicken in the meals and the sauce was good and a tad spicy. I was even happy that the peas in the meal didn't taste bitter like frozen peas usually do. (At least they do to me.)
I will definitely get this again. It was a tasty change from some of my staple meals.

When it rains it pours. We have had a pretty crappy couple of weeks. I won't get into all of it, but some of you know what I am talking about.
First, I dropped my new camera on the concrete while we were taking pictures of the boat to sell. The camera was on a tripod and it was a really windy day. I didn't think the wind would take it, but it did. And sure enough, it landed on the concrete. Thankfully it was only the corner of it, but I just got it. I was so bummed! It still works….for now.
Ugh. One thing after another.
