1. An outcome that could have been much worse.

2. The comfort of family and friends.

3. Breakfast, pizza, cereal, gummy worms…yes, we binge on food when we feel sorry for ourselves.

4. Sitting on the couch and doing nothing. Sometimes it's just necessary.

5. Crawling into bed for much needed sleep.
