We had our 16 week appointment today. We heard the heart beat (which was 160) and when she was looking for it, we heard a big “thump” and the doctor said “that was a kick”! I thought that was really cool! I hope I start feeling the baby move soon! I keep thinking I feel something, but since I don't really know what it feels like, I don't know if I am feeling digestion, hunger or the baby. But it should become pretty apparent in the next couple weeks.
Other than that, the appointment was pretty dull. In and out. We did get to meet Dr. Louie who comes highly recommended by the Christensons. I thought she was really nice (for the few minutes I sat and talked to her). We'll see her again at the 20 week when we find out if this little baby is a boy or a girl! 🙂
