Today’s the day we head to the hospital. I was up 12 times last night according to my FitBit. But somehow, I still got almost 9 hours of sleep. I’m a little tired today, but I know that adrenaline will kick in when I need it.
It occurred to me this morning that when we leave tonight, we aren’t coming back to our house with a pregnant Andi. We’re going to come home with a baby. That is so crazy! There’s still a small possibility that they will say no when we call tonight, but I don’t think my dear persuasive hubby is going to take “no” for an answer tonight.
Chuck’s sister and mom are coming over this afternoon to bake cookies and hang out. Anything to help pass the time! Then we’re going to go to dinner with them. I have to remember to eat lots because once labor starts, they aren’t going to let me eat more than ice chips…and the suckers that I brought!
