1. Labor Day! Because we don't have to go to work and get an extra day of the weekend.

2. Homemade salsa from a friend for dinner.

1. Cleaning the house (I don't normally enjoy it, but there's something about feeling accomplished when it's all done after it's been messy all week.

2. New neighbors moving in down the block (we haven't had a chance to meet them yet).

3. Dinner at Chuck's mom's house with his sister and her fiance (it seems like ages since we saw them last and we have such a great time with them).

4. Shelves (Chuck is working on building some in the basement).

5. An old friend stopping by…we had lost contact for many years, but man, did I miss her!

2. Getting some new organizational stuff for the house

3. Hanging out with my brother, his girlfriend and their pets

4. My mom's birthday dinner (her birthday is tomorrow)

5. Giving presents.

1. It's Friday…before a three day weekend!

5. When Chuck surprised me and picked me up from work and taking me to diner!

1. Wearing comfortable clothes

2. Being warm

3. Getting my new library card in the mail

4. Making a tasty dinner

5. Watching tv in bed and falling asleep early!

1. Another 1/2 day of work!

2. The Minnesota State Fair

3. Eating myself senseless at the fair….mmm food! (And animals, and rides, but mostly food!)

4. O.A.R. concert at the fair!

1. Taking my Calculus exam…well having it be over!

2. Working a 1/2 day

3. Smoothie for lunch

4. Dinner with the neighbors…they made us kabobs

5. Having Blizzards after a yummy dinner!

1. Successfully pulling our truck in and out of the garage! (I haven't done that yet in the new house.)

2. Dying my hair via the vents in the suburban…I woke up a little late.

3. Realizing I can get ready in less time than usual when I need to.

4. Getting our tv hung on the bedroom wall.

5. Actually feeling prepared for my exam tomorrow.

5. Vests (It's been chilly outside the last couple days and I got to take out my vests! I love Fall!)
